Is the product ordered on the website available to ship immediately?

After entering your payment information, finalizing your sale, the order will be accepted and charged. Available for purchase are all the products listed/featured on this website. Products available in stock will be shipped immediately upon reception. However, products out of stock that are listed on “pre-order”, will need a longer shipping timeframe. An email will be dispatched informing you of the amount of time needed to produce and deliver the piece.

Who will deliver the product?

Once ordered confirm and item is ready to be shipped, we will be responsible for packaging and preparing the product for delivery. You will be advised via email prior to the shipment. Once the item shipped, you will receive an email with the name of the carrier and a tracking number that can be used to follow up on your order.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

Once an order is placed, if the item is available in stock, the estimated time of delivery is 7-10 working days. However, if the item is listed as “pre-order”, the estimated time of delivery is 2-3 weeks.  

The time of delivery includes the time it takes for the manufacturer to receive the order, confirm availability, accept the order, prepare the product and ship the product through a carrier in addition to the estimated shipping time.

Are the shipping cost included in the price of the product?

The buyer is responsible of covering the shipping costs. These are calculated according to the dimensions and weight of the product as well as the country of residence by the carrier according to their normalized rates. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout once the buyer has entered his mailing address and are not included in the price of the product.

Are import taxes applicable?

Ordered shipped worldwide may be subject to different tax rules and/or customs and/or import fees depending on your country of residence. These fees vary widely from a country to another. We have no control over these fees. It is impossible for us to predict if and/or how much the amounts will be. The buyer will be responsible for paying these fees. Before making any order, we suggest you call your local customs office for additional information.

What happens when a courier problem occurs?

Please inspect your order upon reception. In the events of mishap (product received isn’t the same as the product ordered) or damaged product, the buyer has to communicate immediately with J. Boghossian Jewelry, the same day of receiving the item. We will be in close contact with the buyer to regulate the situation. For mishaps or damaged products (with proof), the dispute will be settled by an exchange of the product ordered. Items should be returned in the same condition as they were sent. The packaging cost as well as the shipping fees of the exchange (both from and to) will be settled by the buyer.
